Anyone here ever run surplus ammo through a T3? I have a bit of this ammo and surplus would defiantly make up most of its diet. I have 7.62 NATO ammo of Austrian, Chinese, New Zealand, Brit, US, Portuguese and Canadian. How is it for hard extraction accuracy etc? I had a Savage 99 years ago that couldn`t extract 7.62 military sort of ceased up action.

the Savage 1899 was made for the .308 win not for the NATO caliber there is some slight differences.

some civilian rifles can chamber both but most of them are only on the .308 side as in the same time the miltary ones are taking both ...
at least it was my experiences with the military ones ...

Back when I used to have my T3 Varmint HB in .223 I fired wolf military surplus through it all the time without any hiccups and accuracy wasn't too bad either. My experience is they will eat up just about anything and still shoot accurately!
