Happened to find this rifle in the caliber i wanted: 6.5x55 I topped it with another siii 6-24x50
Lrmoa. Hoping to get out this weekend to shoot a little. Where is the best loading data for a modern action in this caliber found? Excited if i can get this to shoot as well as my 6.5 cm in a savage

A friend of mine has the same rifle chambered for the old swede. He has found that it does not have to be pushed hard to be exceptionally accurate. In fact I think he is running the 139 Scenars about 2550 and they hang in there very well all the way out to 1000 meters no trouble. He is using Lapua brass and H4831SC.

Good point. My 6.5x55 lobs 140gr. VLD's at 2600fps with exceptional accuracy. No need to push any hotter.
