T97 lower hand guard loose?

Started reading through the T97 sticky but it was a lot, search was useless.

So my T97 lower hand guard / grip / lower / whatever you want to call it... Is a tiny bit loose. It's only held on at the front by the slot + at the back by the pin. Is there any way to get this a bit tighter?

I'll be buying one of the T97.ca LHG when they come out, but I'm hoping I can figure out the stock one too. Any ideas?

It's not something That'l effect performance of the firearm, but just an annoyance. Like a small rattle if I jiggle the gun around. And it's not just the cleaning kit in the handle.

Ya mine has always done that, crap quality. Lhg should fix this

I replaced the rear take-down with a shoulder bolt and a knurled nut. (Even before I installed the T97.ca LHG.) My front pin/slot fit was snug on the T97.ca LHG, luckily. But on the original POS plastic handguard, I drilled...pressed out......pressed in a slightly bigger pin.

LHG fixed it completely lol

Instead of buying the LHG, I bolted a magpul rail to the original handguard, as a consequence, the screws are just long enough to touch the barrel, eliminating the wobble I had. Ghetto type fix, but it works lol.

I also love the LHG safety and reduced trigger travel.
