China's QBZ assault rifle was tested for performance under extreme conditions: -40 F degree temperature, +120 degree temperature, drifting sands, dense fog, heavy rains, dipped in muddy river water

Here's a better photo. Contact Jayson at Xtreme Gun Shooting Center in Winnipeg, he can do her up in almost any color you want.

I bet he's not complaining his optics are too high!

Weird how chinese PLA have eotechs on their rifles... Isnt that stuff controlled for exports?

The Chinese military looks hard core or bad ass something to that effect. I'm getting mine painted.... Once it's here cant wait all these pictures are such a teaser

Mine arrived on Friday, just got to play with it tonight and tear it apart.

I am quite impressed with this firearm for the cost of the unit.

Things I will be doing to mine... Beveling the inside of the magwell, and installing a larger magazine release.

Safety is in a dumb position, but it is there.

Trigger pull is mushy but consistent and workable.

This thing points very well, it is very well balanced and designed.

I'll post pics and reviews as I get more familiar with this rifle, but first impressions are all good.

Maybe you should get a union gig - they pay great :)

I make more money than a Union worker already just I'm in the middle of making payments for a new truck and plus, I already just bought a new CSA .223 Vz 58, Mosin Nagant, SVT-40, SKS, and Savage Model 42 all in 2 months plus ammo. Don't have money to be spending on guns. Also, I'm very glad there isn't a Trades Workers Union for Marine Mechanics :D

YMA-95 3x illuminated sight. Drops right onto the rail and locks on with a throw of the lever. On/off in about 2 seconds. Got this on the EE after the first ones were confiscated.

This kind of confirms my suspicion. The Chinese can run range exercises where riflemen and gunners can pretty much shoot side by side. Contrast that to how our military does basic weapons training, where rifle and LMG training are separate and span over at least a week.

The C9 and the C7 are entirely different animals, and it takes a lot of extra training to bring a recruit up to snuff on both.

That guy has a lot of neat videos on his channel of QBZ 95s

Valuable information!! Thank you.

So which retailer will be bringing those scopes in? Maybe a good idea. I'm interested in one.
