Is the NFA announcement regarding the situation with the T-97's that were reclassified as prohibited and seized, or regarding the situation with the unrestricted T-97's that you guys had seized by border services?

Yeah, that's my understanding of the 2 situations. I was just wondering which one the NFA information was going to be pertaining to.

Believe me, I'm not complaining about the wait. I haven't been waiting for nearly as long as some people (on the CanAm T-97 list since last Oct.). I have no money invested, so I'm content to wait.

And I agree, it totally sucks to be CanAm, and have your product and money held hostage like this.

Interpertation my butt, we got letters back saying the RCMP made a mistake when they classified it the first time......thats their excuse.....

I forget who I wrote its been so long ago...but he replied.

I just read in the National Firearms Association's mag they sent me the good news, that the court case for the Type 97 was to start in Feb 2011......ie it is ongoing.

Its a pretty clear cut case imo.......I cant fathom the police winning this one in a democratic country where parliament and government rule not police.

Cant wait to get my non restricted type 97!

Well I will wait for the courts to decide I am sure that the all the players are not sharing all the information they have with us .
