T97A Final Verdict?

I'm shocked that with so much money on the line there did not appear to be effective legal representation involved; no counter expert, relied on internet evidence... seriously?
You've got it. They should have hired a lawyer(s). The out come could have been different but Chris's bumbling screwed it all up.

NO. relax. That document was from the last time the T97 was imported. It has nothing to do with the current model thats expected to be imported.

To my understanding, the short answer is that it cant be easily converted to full auto, which was apparently the issue with the previous model.

lol sounds like a last ditch effort after canam blew them out of the water with the 223. When it comes to chinese manufacturing, "exclusive" holds about as much weight as a wet napkin

As far as I know, North Sylva is the importer. Who they distribute the product to is beyond my knowledge but I would expect that they'd get them into as many guns stores as possible. Just makes sense that a profit maximizing firm would try to move as much quantity as possible. I'd be willing to bet that all stores will be selling the same gun.

Ok, and whats the deal with people in the SFRC thread about them being the exclusive distributor of the new design t97?

You sure you didn't misread something on that thread? SFRC never said they were the exclusive distributor. You have a certain post you are referring to?

SFRC and many others are getting it from North Sylva.

SFRC is not an exclusive anything for the this rifle.

Chinese manufacturers never offer exclusive anything to anyone. This is first hand experience.

Yes, Post 8 of this thread:

To the best of my knowledge the Canada Ammo ones are the T97A ones that were deemed full auto. Ours will be a reworked model, distributor exclusive, that is non restricted. I highly doubt you'll see Canada Ammo with any T97NSR's.

I presume what Ryan meant by T97NSR is the old model that was easily converted and obviously CanAm or anyone else won't be getting any of those.

As for the exclusive part of his post he will have to explain that I guess.

T97A is the one he is claiming are auto and were seized he is saying the newly reworked T97NSR is exclusive to him. See quote.

For those who had their firearm reclassified to prohibited and confiscated, I heard the government "reimbursed" them for their gun.

was it FULL reimbursement???? IE what you paid for it after shipping and taxes?????

or was it some BS fraction of what you paid....... to pretend you are being reimbursed while you are being robbed at gun point.

curious
