Tac 20...or 22-243 middlestead loads

ih guys... wondering if anyone would care to share their favorite loads for
Tac 20 & 22-243 middlestead. the Tac 20 is a 26" adams & bennet bbl and the 22-243 is a 28" gillard bbl.
tried a few loads i found on reloaders nest with not great results. backed off .5 of a grain but still signs of pressure...... just wondering what the rest of you are using for loads that are working & accurate?

i figured .5 of a grain would be enough based on the fact these are verified working loads that someone uses all the time to shoot dogs or hog. but it was still to much pressure in my gun.

Treat the loads you see on any of the 'This is my load' sites as max loads. You never know where they come from. Reducing by 10% is a norm.
6mbr.com has the CYA warning. Accurate's site is a powder maker's site, of course. The loads are still best considered as max loads though.
