1- Should I buy the Versamax Field version bcaus its shoots 3,5'' or the tactical version and then make TacOrd do the mods
2-And how much did the mods cost you guys and what it was done thanks
3- I wish I could buy the Versamax Competion in Cabelas in USA is 1400$but I guess here in Canada is not available right
The field version gets you the 3.5 inch stamp on the barrel, which means one more 2.75 inch in the tube for a total of 7 in the mag tube, one in the chamber and one ghost load. From what I gather, all versamax are chambered for 3.5, but rem didn't put the 3.5 inch stamp on the barrel of the tactical with extended mag tube, because the 3.5 hulls jam up in mag extended sg's. So, the vm tactical are stamped 3 inch but they can actually chamber 3.5 hulls.
