I just installed a tac-pro adjustable cheek rest on my hunting rifle today and WOW what a difference. I would reccomend this product to anyone shooting with a scope. Once you get it set exactly how you want it, you get a perfect and very comfortable sight picture every time. Though I haven't shot yet, I'm sure it will shave valuable seconds off the shot of a lifetime at that trophy whitetail. Now if I could just find anything bigger than a spiker here in southern Sask this season.

Its mounted on a Remington 700 XCR ii 30-06 bedded in a Bell and Carlson stock, with a Bushnell Elite 6500 2.5-16X42. Now I just have to figure out how to convert from a blind mag to DBM. Does anyone know if accuracy international mags will work for this setup? I was thinking PTG stealth but I'm not sure about a mag, will 300 wm work for 30-06?

The only thing I changed on my 700 xcr tlr in .223 was a jewell trigger, and an Atlasworx bottom metal setup with 10 roung AI mags. Did the fitting myself. A bit bubba, but wonderfully servicable. Gawd I love that bottom metal.

Tac-Pro makes excellent adjustable add on cheek rests. They are designed for proper cheek weld and indexing so as to allow you repeatable and comfortable positioning.

I know of two CF Snipers who use it on thier personal rifles;)

On my Stevens 200 factory stock 223 Ackley.
