With non restricted AR compatible platforms coming to market here in Canada I'm taking an interest in building a non AR sporting rifle that happens to use AR parts.
One thing I'd like to do is setup a dedicated rimfire upper.
TacSol offers many of them but one caught my interest. Due to our unique rimfire laws the Kestrel is of particular interest to me.
I emailed TacSol and they advised me that the bolt from their uppers will work in any milspec upper so in theory I could strip their upper and build it on one of the non restricted offerings.
All of that said, would you be willing to bring these in? Ballpark on price?
