Time will tell how it holds up!

Simple process, fill in etched lettering with a white Crayola, scrub off excess then appear Tacticool.

I have already received a registered letter from The Fallen Mall Ninja's Association of Lima Ohio asking me to customize their entire arsenal.

I told them I don't ply my trade on airsoft.........

yeah it looks great. also im a big fan of your gun room, been following your build thread and im quite impressed with how it all came out.

my only convern with the crayon would be if it got dirty how would it clean up. or would you just re apply it and carry on.

i may go do my ruger in red just to give it the extra mall ninja look :D

I wonder if the crayon would hold up to G96?

I've also seen guys do this to their AR receivers, using red for fire and white for safe and other lettering.

Crayola pencil crayon, I assume?

No, actual wax crayon.

I found the best "technique" was to go over the indents thoroughly, then wipe off trying to dislodge the filings, then do it again, then you really have to scrub hard to get off the surrounding "spill over" areas off.

I did my M&P 15-22 almost a year ago, and it still looks like the day I applied it.

Excellent. You gave me something to do today.

If that's your actual gun room set-up, who cares about the crayons? That looks amazing, man! I wish that room was my living room!!!

Yep, that's my Gun Room, been almost a year long Project. I am thrilled with how it came out, the only problem is........it has so much wall space that needs to be filled with new toys! :D
