Sadly Alfa Proj carbines are legally handguns in Canada, they basically just put a long barrel and different grips on their normal revolver frames. Same reason the Rossi circuit judge carbines are handguns here.

The revolving rifles that are legally rifles - for example the Rough Rider Carbines - use a different frame from their handgun brethren, or like the SRC-45 simply don't have handgun brethren at all.

I didn't say I wanted an Alpha Project Carbine. I want an SRC-45 with an mlok handguard and a threaded barrel. I provided the video as an example.

I thought both used 452cal bullets?

They do. Before WW II 45 Colt used .454 bullets but since then ones manufactured after WW II use .452 bullets.

I'd love an Alfa Proj carbine if they were NR. 357mag with a 357mag sized cylinder? Yes please!

I've got 45 acp Hornady bullets and they say they are .451?
My 45 colt bullets all say .452 and the 45-70 ones are .458
