Any thoughts on which one would be better? Anyone have experience with both of them?

I'm sure either one would do, but I thought I would ask the question.

I own both and have built many guns with Dlask, T.I, Tac Sol, Kidd and VQ... IMO buy the Dlask... And Dlask barrels are excellent also... Couple those with a Kidd bolt and single stage trigger and you have a very nice and accurate platform.

I can't speak for the tactical innovations one, but Dlask sure makes a nice receiver, I had one and loved it coupled with a Dlask .920 16.5"! Why I ever sold it is beyond me!

Thanks, guys. I picked up a Whistlepig barrel, a Ruger Target takeoff stock for a good price and a polished and radiused Ruger bolt. I'm going to try the bolt in my current go to gun with a Green Mountain barrel and VQ hammer and sear. This gun already shoots fantastic, so I want to see what difference the bolt makes and then look at polishing my other bolts.

If I had 2 receivers, I could have 2 more 1022s with all the parts that I have kicking around. Damn things are addictive.

I recently swapped out a Ruger receiver for a Dlask. The gun was accurate before, but is even more so now. Possibly that's because the sturdy Dlask receiver supports the heavy Green Mountain barrel better than the factory receiver. Also have a Dlask DAR that was a tack driver right out of the box. I have no experience with the TI but you certainly can't go wrong with a Dlask.
