SKS with our new Sabertooth aluminium stock, wartak rail, 3-9 tactical scope, our new extended mag release, barrel chop & thread.
$349 for the chassis, we are only doing them on preorder notifications due to limited quantities. Drop a line to hical@shaw.ca & we will put you on a list & notify you when they arrive, about 2 weeks or so....

I'll trade you, straight across, my Archangel stock (Dremelled to allow better fitment of AK mags) for your original SKS-D stock.
I busted the stock on my "D" when I flipped my quad and bought the Archangel stock because I couldn't find another "D" stock. I'll even throw in a ventilated steel handguard along with the Archangel handguard.

Hm, let me think about it. My D is in a really nice M stock, which I don't really want to part with - just like to have the 'tacticool' option for it, too
A Chinese military Type 56 I put together.
- Barreled action, bolt, carrier, trigger group and dust cover are matching.
- Sourced a Chinese handgaurd wood, gas tube and piston.
- Sourced a Chinese cruciform bayo.
- Sourced a Chinese stock.
- Sourced a Russian mag.
Personal mods include black paint on cruciform bayo, a modern style black nylon sling, and removal of the original side mounted sling attachment (due to contact with my cheek) and installed a bottom mounted sling attachment.

Good call, the handguard I'd keep. The rail I'd sell or tuck away for when I decide to not use stripper clips.

Nice! I really like the way you hid the notch in the stock where the sling was by putting the screws back in. That build really seems to suit the rifle.A Chinese military Type 56 I put together.

It's good out to 50m so far but I haven't tried 100m yet. To busy working on the MR1 and M305 to make them hunting worthy.
Thanks, it does suit it. All the aftermarket pistol grip stock options are a disservice to the platform. In the end, this is the best configuration for the rifle. Regardless what HiCal tries to convince you lol!

No better place to ask on here but I'm gonna do it anyways because everyone is right into this platform. Im looking for a chinese sks gas tube with the wood. Anyone have a unit I could buy. Some one has to with all these aftermarket stocks. PM me. Heres my pig.
