The problem with that thought is that no one else seems to be able to have them in stock any regularity. I have five sets, and four came from him -because at the time he was the only one who had them.

I seem to recall reading something about TPS getting a mil contract in the US, and since then even the Yanks have been having sporadic availability issues with them.
 
Although he was a good guy to deal with, he was pretty nasty to various dealers and others on the board, over and over again. It was like tourettes.

You are correct when you said he is a good guy to deal with, also a very good person to know, very nice guy and know his ####.

I don't know the details about this dealer/banned stuff however I purchased TPS Rings from ### on two occasions. I found the service was very good and it was the only vendor that actually had them in stock, prices were also very good.
 
I believe he is a very straight forward guy, when you wrong he say it like it is, price are Very good...

I bought one pair from Brownells.com and one pair directly from TPS.
Adding the handling fee and tax I did not save much.
But you can place your order quicker since most of the time they are back order.

The pair I bought direct from TPS was a super low 30mm steel. Unfortunately it was out of spec (ring size too small) and I got to spend an extra shipment for exchange........

Buy it from a local source if possible.

Actually, any one who Visit the site or log on as a member pay for the site. Not just dealer, The reason dealer had to pay a feed, cause is fair game!...
So not just dealer pay to keep this site up and running, but also user, joe blow or any one interested in Firearm and need info!

How much money do YOU pay to belong to this forum?

Last I saw forum membership is free to everyone EXCEPT contributing dealers, meaning that for us dealers to use this forum to help promote business and to inform the public with valuable information, we must pay money, you don't, so you have lost me yet again with your post.
