Hey all,
Am really diggin the whole tac-rimbine idea. Have been actively practising my pistol shooting with my 22/45 and having a ball. Need a carbine so was thinking of a stock 10/22 carbine(I'm really cheap, no SR22 for me!!
), but with a twist; I picked up an under-folder from an AK47 along with all the bits that go with it. Am thinking of either cutting/re-shaping the stock right behind the grip portion of the stock, or right behind the action and fabing a pistol grip from hardwood then attaching the under-folder. When finished the carbine would look kinda like an M-1 para model. First off, is this legal? I would think so as there are folding stocks for 10/22 on the market. Secondly, how about some input?
Cheers!!!
