The Calgary Shooting Centre has some rifles, and barrels, and stocks, in which you might be interested. Bulls Eye London has some receivers, and barrels. Wanstalls has some barrels, and parts.
Any of Korth Group's distributors should be able to get them for you if available. I just checked their site and their "dealer locator" search tool is out of service... maybe an email for some direction on where to call would help. Be patient though as they are a supplier so keep in mind they are dealing with emails from a lot of businesses in the country. Great people.
The TACSOL 10/22 Backpacker is available from Phoenix Indoor Range and Gun Shop in Edmonton. Google them, as they are not a site sponsor. They had several in stock the last time I was in there. Around $1300 IIRC...
I have a Tact-Sol X-ring (non-backpacker) that I really enjoy. Great shooter. I did recently look at the backpacker version as it will be easy to transport on a motorcycle easily but ended up just getting a ATI folding stock instead. The reason I went this way is due to the MOA shift that is caused by breaking the rifle apart and re-assembling while using a scope. If you are not going to use a scope then this is a non issue. If you are using a scope then are you comfortable with a around a 1 MOA shift from "backpacking" it?
