Can't help with you locating one but I have 5 10/22 platforms and my Tacsol is my favourite to shoot IMHO. I only know of western dealers who have them, send them an email they can let you know the importer and maybee you can track down a dealer in your area.
 
I'm having trigger problems with mine but the replacement parts are apparently coming in. Wanstalls has been great thus far and the rifle is really nice. Super super light
 
Trigger not resetting and the rifle firing multiple rounds at times. Apparently I need an upgraded trigger spring which is on route. The trigger on it is extremely "ok" but not great. A huge improvement over the stock Ruger trigger mind you.

I just came back from the range, brand new 10/22, Kidd drop in trigger kit, shot approx 200 rounds, yellow jackets, Win 555 bulk and Rem golden bullets, trigger didnt reset approx 10 times and 2 double fires. Havnt disassembled yet to see what gives.

That's not good hope the spring fixed the problem. I would agree on the trigger, definetly better but not the best option on the market.

Mine did the same thing. Turned it into a split second machine gun and then the most inefficient single shot on the planet. I'd have to pull back the bolt to #### it which ejected the live round in the chamber. Rather annoying.

Gun was great until that point though. I took mine down and nothing looked out of place. I am a bolt gun guy so there is also a "I have no idea what I'm looking at" factor at play during my investigation.

X3 here for a tacsol that wouldn't reset and then at times spit out machine gun bursts. Sent it back to tacsol via the dealer I bought it from. If I lived stateside, I could have sent it straight to tacsol. Otherwise, great .22. Shot neck and neck with my savage .22. The savage marginally performed better. But some strings would be better with the tacsol. Tempted to pick up the 100 round drum mag in the spring and wipe out gopher towns.
