I contacted heather at tactical soloutions and what they have done is find a dealer who will export, for a fee. $100 per order. so if your going to order from them better make it worth your while.
 
Good Morning Simon,

We are going international. We are using another dealer who has an export license so that means that there would be a $100.00 fee for the export, however, if there are several of you who want to order, I would recommend doing it on one order instead of individual ones. The price won’t change. It will still be our usual retail price. Let me know if you have any other questions, I am very glad that you are pleased with your stock.
