Tactical stocks

Was thinking about changing out my synthetic stock on my ruger model 77 300 win mag for a more adjustable tatical stock. Any suggestions?

What is your ruger? If its a sporter weight rifle you will be spinning your tires with a big/heavy tactical stock.

Why would he be spinning his tires ?? It may not "look right" with a light weight barrel but having an adjustable stock that makes the rifle more ergonomic for the shooter can improve any rifle . Pencil weight barrels aren't necessary less accurate then heavy barrels they just heat up much faster .

I have the fluted barrel. I like the way it shoots stock. But I'm looking for more adjustability and don't wanna add on a cheek piece. I'm looking to reach out and touch things out past 700 yards.

McMillan is a great choice.. just as long as you're not in a hurry. Ordered my latest one Jan 13 and i'm still waiting.

Wow that's just a bit ridiculous. I'll keep that in mind. I was looking at the site. Not bad. Any other options you know of?
