Tactical walls for my Rifle

So I was looking at ordering a shelf off Tactical Walls... When placing the order it was 319. And I figured ok that’s reasonable lol... I continued with the order and started noticing charges of US dollars and other ####. At the end of the bill the shelve cost 850 cad. Quickly I denied all payments. 850 for a shelve?
