Tacticool svt40?

There was a guy awhile ago that did his SVT 40 in bed liner or something that posted here. We haven't heard from him since.
Here's mine.

Sorry guys, I didn't realize tactical meant black, I was actually wanting to see some with bipods, big scopes, muzzle brakes...

The b-square mount of the scope is on hOld, I was out of town. I am thinking about adding two pieces of 3/16 steel to the side where the screws are, and adding 2-3 more screws. That should clamp it into place. Maybe take the left piece and work it into a shell deflector

I like that svt pistol but that would brake my wrists

............my god :slap:

JoeN, thats one nice looking SVT, do you own her? If she could only talk, she'd say that she saw some pretty cold action and some pretty horrible things. You just gotta love the battle scarred milsurps, they've been there and done that. Gotta go, I'm drooling too much:D:D.:HFU:

Thanks, yes it is mine, part of the Wolverine sales thread. I am so happy with this non refurb I sold my refurb one. Still learning about that period of history, pretty fascinating to say the least.

That's my tacticool SVT, a 1941 sniper with a 1941 scope, non matching but still interesting to have. The mount is a repro since the original kinda impossible to find.

Not bad, but it needs a Picatinny rail, (maybe a quad rail!), lots of lights and crap, maybe a folding stock, a bipod, a non-funtional poser 0-1-30 switch, then paint it all CadPat.

If somebody commissioned norinco to do a run of those SVT pistols for the Canadian market you guys would be allowed to start running 10 round mags, no?

Quigs

As long as Norinco slammed a "For SVT pistol" label on the mag, then maybe. They'd all have to be new manufacture mags, of course, designed for that "pistol."

God, that thing looks like the Obretz, a pistol Mosin...
