Taking apart Glock OEM 10 rounders?

mini15, After I mangled the follower in one of KCI mags I need to do the same thing.
Where did you get the parts?
I was looking at rockyourglock, and I think I have the right ones but not entirely sure.

I chose the hicap springs because these are actual 17rnd mags and I'm guessing the OEM glock 10rnd will be too short.

I would use Glockparts.com. I currently have something on order through rock your Glock and they are being really sketchy about it. I picked the best shipping method and they said it's been shipped yet they won't provide me a tracking number even after saying they would. I'm on a close deadline to filling fraudulent charges
Those do indeed look like the correct parts, simply note down the model number and look elsewhere. Glock part # is the same everywhere.

What's that noise about rivets not being legal for pinning magazines?
Do I need to learn something or do you need to sort yourself out?

Only a select few companies offer nerfed magazines. Most simply stick in an idiot rivet and call it a day. They don't need to re-tool their whole assembly and they keep the anti's happy all while still giving us the option to go full cap at a moments notice.
Same thing happened to me. They said that it was shipped on a Monday but they didn't actually ship it until Friday. Daniel Humke owns RockYourGlock and Dave Humke owns GlockParts. Both places are just outside of Denver, CO. They could be related. No real major issues with both companies though.
You need to learn something...start with the criminal code regulations prescribing certain devices to be prohibited. Those regulations also contain the acceptable methods for altering magazines to fit within the law. Rivets aren't exactly a slam dunk, it depends on how you interpret those regulations
It seems to me that glock chose a more permanent and perhaps safer approach to limiting magazines
