tale of Two ARC's

I quite enjoy the 6mm ARC, and have a couple rifles chambered thus. For those who also might be looking I did a comparison between the Ruger American6 ARC and Howa Mini 6 ARC. IF you're curious, here it is:

I have both rifles and agree on the majority of your points.

The Howa is vastly improved by the addition of an aftermarket bottom metal, while running polymer magazines in RAR's that use STANAG magazines makes them feed noticeably smoother then metal ones.

Actually thats an Amend 2 10-rounder, they look like a 20 rounder but only hold 10. The suppressor on the other hand is real

I've been seriously tempted by the Ruger Patrol in 6 Arc... i have a long history with Ruger American rifles... having owned at least 6 over the last 9 years... my nagging concern is Ruger's spotty QC; especially in the Gen 2's (and the fact that a patrol retails for $1150 in Canada, vs <$600 USD in the US. I've own a Howa mini (in 6 arc) and it's the first and last one I'll ever buy.

Love the cartridge... wish someone (Tikka, are you listening?) would make a short handy version (like the Ranahan or Drover... again Tikka CAN YOU HEAR ME?) they would sell a #### load.

I would also like to see one of the patrols, and a prairie for that matter. I like the heavier barrels. I haven't seen any QC issue myself.
