Talley 1 pc ring mounts tor Leupold VX II 3-9x50. what height?

I am going to try Talley 1 pc scope mounts on my M 700 CDL with a Leupold 3-9x40 VX II. I usually use STD bases and rings but have heard so many people using Talley, I thought i would give them a try. What height would correctly mount the scope so the obj bell is about 1/8-3/16" above the barrel?

I have low talleys on my 700 with 40 mm bell. I believe you need medium.
