Talley 20MOA bases?

Does anyone have any experience with Talley Bases? I just bought a tikka t3x varmint and I'm looking putting a 20MOA base on. The Talley ones go for around 80-90 at Cabela's. As far as I can tell, the next option would be Alberta tactical for $160. Obviously the Alberta Tactical stuff is squared away, but between rings and a mount, I would like to keep costs below 250$ IF its possible.

Any input is appreciated.

Any input as to where I can find either of these in stock for my tikka? Another question is do I need to spend a long on bases and rings? How much of an impact would that have?

Check the material out too. 7075 is stronger than the lower cost 6061.

I have the talley 20moa rail installed on my t3x ctr put 75 rounds through it on its maiden voyage.

Removing the factory rail can be interesting apparently due to the adhesive they use and the recoil lug but once it's removed and the action cleaned up I used loctite as adhesive on mine and torqued the rail to tikkas torque settings.

I would recommend it.

I used to have two of them on two different rifles. I was able to switch scopes between them and they would hold their respective zeros. Each rifle had a different zero of course but once that was established, switching back and forth was a matter of a few turret clicks.
