Talley Ringmounts Low For Browning A Bolt Stainless Stalker. What size objective?

Does anyone know off hand what size objective I can fit on a Browning A-Bolt Stainless Stalker if I get Tally Ringmounts
in "Low" height? The ringmounts would be for a 1" tube. I'm guessing that a 40mm objective would fit but I hate to guess and
find out that only 36 mm would fit. Also, I don't want to limit myself to 40mm if 44mm is a possibility.

Depending on length of scope and barrel profile, the Talley Lows at .440 may accommodate a 50mm objective. They are guaranteed to accept a 42mm objective as well unless the scope is incredibly compact

as I do recall i had a Leupold 3 to 9 x40.which was many moons ago.
