Have a look at this.. Talley rings on a Dakota .375.
This was a VERY rarely shot rifle. Noticed the scope was a little loose. Further inspection revealed ALL of the screws had snapped.
These were steel rings, not UL aluminum. These are the "signature" screw lock detachable rings if I recall.
I get the .375 has some significant recoil, but this isn't the first time they've failed for me.
What are you thoughts? I used to hold Talley is high regard, but can't say I trust them enough to give them another chance.
