Or are they non restricted?
Just curious as I seen one for sale and I can’t find too much info on these anywhere

Yes they are restricted. Since it has both a telescoping stock and when collapsed it is sub 26" OAL.

Barrel Length 254mm [10"]

Restricted CC 84(1) "restricted firearm" para. (c)

Overall length with a 254 mm (10 inches) barrel is 546 mm (21.5 inches) with the stock collapsed.

Sad part is if it didn't have the adjustable stock and instead had a fixed stock from factory the sub 26" OAL wouldn't be an issue.

These are Non Restricted FRN:197586. The entire trigger mechanism is disabled when the stock is folded. Can’t be fired when folded

The long barreled ones are, these were the short 10" barreled ones and are restricted as they can be fired with the stock collapsed (not folded) while being under 26" OAL.
