I would like to hear from anyone who has, had or has handled a Tanfoglio Combat Sport. I would like to hear the good or the bad about them.
I like that they are based on the CZ 75 and that they have exchange kits so that you can shoot more than one caliber with the same trigger, and the price isn't too bad either.
I see on the Tanfoglio web site that the 45 ACP version holds 10 rounds, is the grip the same size as a CZ 75 or is it closer to the CZ 97 in size?

I guess there is not a lot of Combat Sport guns in Canada, so I will ask for any thoughts on Tanfoglio hand guns in general are they good or not.

I own my share of Tanfoglio pistols... 2 limited Custom II in .40 S&W, 1 Match in 9 mm, and one Force Pro in .40 S&W. They are excellent pistols.. they are accurate and reliable.. i have had some problems with my Limited Customs which were all taken care of by the warranty from Freedom Ventures.. I really have NO complaints about any of my Tanfoglios.. I have not shot the Force Pro much because i prefer all metal guns... but i plan on shooting the Force Pro next summer for my IDPA matches.. I have no problems recommending Tanfoglio pistols to anyone..

I have owned 3 stock2's in 9mm, the LImited Custom in .40, and also have a .38 super OPen gun....plus the .22 kit for my small frame 9mm's. All great guns. I only had issue with my .22 kit. You need to tune it a bit (IME). Great platform. I would like to own the force pro in the future as I have no gun with a rail in my collection.

Hi

I have 2 Tanfoglios currently (had three and an IWI which contacts Tanfoglio), 1 Stock in 9mm and 1 Combat in .45acp. IMHO, they are the best value for your money of any pistol. $500 and change for an quality made Italian made pistol? Very durable, zero issues (personally), and nice to look at only downsize (if you consider it one) is the weight.
