Tanfoglio production gun preference

What do you prefer for the bottom of your mags (this would include other pistols which utilize tanfoglio type mags.)

I am starting to lean towards rubber base pads. I don't like using the plate by itself, and I find the aluminum is too slippery and sometimes slips off the heel of my palm,...and I fail to seat the mag once in a blue moon. The aluminum look cool :cool:,:cool: but that is not important.
The rubber doesn't not tend to slip as easy...and I always tend to use the rubber base pad for stages that I have to pick the mags off the table and load...

I have not used the plastic bottom.

Is bed liner a rubber compound of some sort,or is it a textured surface? I'm not familiar with it, but tried grip tape and didn't like the way it applied to the rounded surface.

Can you do anything to your mags without being bumped out of Production Division?
 
The rubber pads are nice on the Tanfoglios and are oem so they are ok for PD, but they are a b*tch to take off for cleaning. I'm staying with my plastic pads.
