Tanfoglio Stock 3

My list is narrowed down to the CZ75TS and Stock 3 and I'm sitting on the fence...

The two aren't really direct competitors. A CZ75 Tactical Sport is SA. The Stock 3 is DA/SA. It's a bit of apples versus oranges.

If you care about where they are in IPSC:
The Tactical Sport is geared toward Standard Division
The Stock III is geared toward Production Division

I would think these are a little more apples to apples:
CZ75 Tactical Sport compares to a Tanfoglio Match
A CZ75 SP-01 Shadow compares to a Stock III

I love mine....a lot.
Trigger IS a bit heavy.
My novice groups are still half the size of my 1911.
A very pro looking guy at the club asked to try it and put all 5 in the 10 at 30ft.
He said "yeah, nice...but it needs a trigger job".
Whatever...Did I mention that I LOVE this gun?

I got an answer back 9 lbs 11oz D/A and 4lbs 9oz S/A. I'm wondering if there's some mods to help this out?

that seems a bit heavy according to what I have found with my stock with stock 3 trigger kit. Although my stock 2 GK was smoother with about 5000 dryfire and 5000 live rounds. +-.

My trigger is under 9lbs DA...under 3 lbs single action. You can use a lighter hammer spring as listed with Tanfoglio,...just to note there is a pdf file on Eric Grauffel's forum on the global village that lists the hammer springs and IPSC compliant parts. ONly thing missing is the Single side big thumb safety (which I have been using since 2007).
