Is that knurled cylinder for racking the slide? If yes, can it be mounted on the left side of the slide?

No not in 10mm.

That is the Eric Grauffal Tanfoglio in 38 Super which everyone loves. I have tried it and think it is pretty neat, but to be honest race guns are not my thing.

That said, amazing trigger!
