Not something I hunted, but figured the hunting folk would appreciate this:
It was a EDIT elk. A friend of mine was given it, and she gave it to me. It was salted, dry scraped, then tanned on a frame and has now been shampooed and re-oiled. It's quite supple considering it's the first fur on skin I've successfully done
Just finished blowdrying it in the sun with a leaf blower.
Can't tell who's more surprised, the dogs or the neighbours!
