Hell yes. And I still don't get why you can't set this stuff off cause it's not... "Listed". You can buy a propane tank and put it next to a fire and shoot at it and itl blow up too but they're not illegal, both in their seperate components and together (dumb idea but just saying). Guess you could call it a "binary" explosive too haha
