How is this for customer service. I bought my 2nd Tapso SKS stock. The first one went together like a dream. The second one I could not get the pistol grip self tapping screw all the way in, or back out. One of the 2 nut/bolt combo's for the stock didn't thread and so was useless.
Needless to say I was miffed when I emailed Tapco. I wasn't sure what to expect, although they have a "lifetime warranty"
I promptly got a response back from them. It started out : "So to summarise, you had a problem with our stock, then were unable to get a response from us promptly. I really must apologise for that". (The delay was due to very bad weather on their end).
I had managed to get the pistol grip attached, so Tapco promptly sent me a replacement nut/bolt no charge, with their apologies.
Hows that for customer service.
I only spent $120 on their stock. When I compare that to what I have heard about Robsom Arms, where people spend over $2000 to be told that they had better treat the company right or they will be ignored etc.....I know which I see as better customer service.
Tapco has me as a customer for life, and I will recommend them to everyone!
