I have added this question as a reply in another thread, but with no response, I thought I would try a new thread.

I want a Tapco Fusion (Intrafuse) stock for my standard barrel 10/22. But after looking at getting the basic one, I find that there is a new one that fits the bull barrel and standard barrel. This stock is only slightly more but has new design, more rails, and a butt pad that the regular barrel model does not have. I would prefer this new one if it fits the standard barrel well. Plus I could upgrade barrel in the future.

My question is, has anyone put a standard barrel in the new model that fits both? Does it rattle? Does it look dumb having the barrel in a larger hole in the stock?

I really would like one, but do not know which one to get. ANY help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

i just threw my standard 10/22 into the bull stock and it looks great, even with the bull barrel there is space between the handguard and barrel it was designed to be free floated. i would suggest the bull stock i got mine from fab in olive and it looks quite nice i have a truglo gobble stopper on mine as well as a buttler creek 25 round steel lips, a tactical viking mount holding a surefire 6p led, a vertical grip, a cca cheek rest and my own flash supressor
and no it dosent rattle at all it fits great!!
heres mine!

Nice pic, the olive looks really good, better than I thought it would.

I got the black version at the Swift Current, SK gun show. I was planning to order from Fab as well, but nothing beats getting local, and in person.

I like the cheek rest, where did you get/order it? I also have that clip, but did you paint it or something? I also have the grip and light, looks cool.

Hey thank for the kind words. i got the cheek rest from target sports canada near toronto it cost me about 35 bucks, you can order it from fab sports he tthey have it as well. as for the mag i taped up top part of the mag which slides into the stock as well as the nub to snap another mag together and filled the indentation so it was left clear i alo taped up a small portion of the bottom of the mag to leave a window as well as cover the drainage hole in the bottem. i then sanded and sprayed with black matte texturized krylon paint and it came out awsome. share a pic of yours, love to see it.
