Tapco T6 on 10/22 Carbine?

I was just wondering if this stock will work on my 10/22 Carbine? I thought I read somewhere that it is only available for the "regular" barrel.

Yes it will work. the shortest barrel it can take is a 11.5 barrel.

Exactly! Oh, I think the 10/22 Carbine would be considered a standard regular 10/22 as well. Not that it really matters here.

The bull(heavy) barrels are thicker, that's why the stock would need modifications to have the barrel fit.

I have the sand coloured T6 installed on my 10/22 carbine. I found that I had to take a file to the magazine opening to take the edge off of it before the high capacity Steel Lips mags would go in and out of it smoothly. After that little bit of filing, there's been no problems.

This is a very nice feeling high quality stock for less than $100! I like it so much I went ahead and bought a black one and installed it on my SKS-D.

But you won't be able to use the top handguard...
