Tapco t6 versus stock weaver rail - MBUS fit?

Can anyone in possession of a 10/22 with the tapco stock tell me. Is the top rail of the tapco t6 level with the weaver rail on top of the receiver?

Meaning, can you install MBUS sights on the rear and front rail and expect them to work?

It is not. A dlask arms .375" picatinny rail will align

Trying some google-fu, but is there a store you know of that sells the picatinny rail in question. Didn't see it on Dlask's site.
