Nice gun's. What are you running on your lar mags to protect the bottom and the joint?
Is this a paint job , Hydro dipped or Armacoat ? Either way looks awesome!
The biggest deal is stripping it down, took me about an hour + and then about 2.5 + hours putting it all back together. Its not like a field strip, its a complete take down of every pin, trigger, mag release, springs popping etc. I would have to think long and hard to do it again, although I would be that much better at it now that I have done one. The hydro was around $300 by a skilled pro and the patterns available are endless. It includes a base coat, the dip and a flatish clear coat. It seams very durable and this rig will be used for hunting coyotes here in AB and 3 gun challenges in the near futureyea your tavor looks great! let us all know how much it costs and where we can get ours dipped
I just used the pinned 20 and 30 round mags for the photos, but for the Tavor and M4 I only use beowulf mags.
Those are Dueck Defense RTS (rapid transition sight) and I love them! You could also mount a 45 degree pic rail and an RMR on there but I didn't want anything battery operated on the gun. Those angle sights are perfect! I definitely need a set of those for my tavor. What are they called?
