Target Analysis program

I can't remember and not having luck on google and the search..

What is the name of the program to measure group size where you take a photo of your group with a measurement reference and overlay the group circles???

I can't remember the name of it for the life of me.

Just found this myself the other day. Way cool, and a good way to keep track of groups on the computer too. I think scanning is the better way to import the target if there's more than one group, but a quick pic with the phone is hard to beat for convenience.
