The links I've found through searches have all disappeared. Anyone know where a downloadable Figure 11/12 target can be found?

anyone know the specific measurments or have targets they could measure for me? Say if I knew the measurements (length and width) of the inner target zone on the figure 11 the diameter of the circle on the figure 12 and the diameter of the circle on the figure 14 I could calibrate them and print them out.
