Target Loads for Pistol Ammunition

I am asking this question on behalf of my father.

We are looking for TARGET Loads for

45acp (45 auto) and 38 SPL.

I know we can load light he is just more interested right now in buying fresh. Does any of the site sponsors do it or does someone know where I can get this stuff.
