Target loads turned into buckshot loads (affordable option?)

Ya i guess a reloading press would be best clearly. Anybody have any idea on cost per shot when reloading buckshot? How cheap can I make them over round ? 20-30 cents a shot or less

25 grs universal powder (280 shots per 1lb of powder) or $0.17 per shot
0.07 lbs (1 1/8 oz) of 00 buckshot (114 shots per 8lbs); or $0.30 per shot
Wads are $18 for 500, so $0.036 per shot.
Primers are about $0.05 per shot
Hulls are $0.10 per shot

Total is: $0.66 per shot

Then add in your hull, primer and wad; probably another
