Tasco 1x30 Rimfire Red Dot Question

I cannot find any local to answer my question and a few have confused it with the weaver version. So I'm asking.

My question is about Tasco 1x30 Big round tube with integral mount reddot.

For the rimfire Integral 3/8" mount reddot ( yes make one with a 3/8" dovetail mount ) DO they use the cross bolts that clamp it on to prevent them from shifting like on a weaver version. Or can they be mounted on dovetail that does not have cross slots?

IE can I mount it on stock 10/22 straight cut dovetail base or would I need ones with cross slots?

My google foo coming up unknown. Because it seems like most pictures are showing cross slots in the base/rail that I cannot determine from the pictures if it the rimfire or the weaver version.

Any help be great.

i have a full size picatinny mount on my 10/22, I think its a UTG brand

I have one gathering dust . I tried it on two rim fires and it sat canted on both.

Oh jeez can anyone with a rimfire version of said tasco just take a picture of the bottom of the 3/8" base that's integral to it?

The rimfire version will only fit
the 3/8" dovetail and does not
use the cross-bolt/notch for
the slippage issue.
The rail on my 10/22 will work
with both the Weaver/Picatiny
and the 3/8" dovetail as it is two
tiered with the 3/8" on the upper level.
