Taurus 66 revolver grips

Anyone knows where i can get some nice looking grips for my upcoming Taurus 66 ?
Not sure if removing the tactical plastic grip will change alot on the recoil of the revolver?

Hey MT, i asked around not alot of people know to be honest as i have one aswell.

I contacted hogue Directly you can get grips from them, get the medium/large frame grips with the sqaure frame design, it doesn't list the 66 as one that fits but i talked to hogue and they said that they do.

your best bet is ordering from the states. do a google search on Taurus 66 the grips and see what you like, than do a search on that grip and see who will ship to Canada and has the lowest price.

If you go to hogue's online store and click on medium and large frame square butt those will fit the taurus model 66.

I called Taurus to confirm its the square butt frame on the model 66s, because I didn't want to pull my grip off.

The I called hogue to confirm that the medium and large frame square butt modles of grips are the right ones even though they don't list it as a square butt.
For some reason the list it as a round butt based on older models.
