Taurus 809SS Your Thoughts On This Model?

Wondering your thoughts on the Taurus 809SS as a high volume pistol for the range. As I'm new to the sport wanting something that I can put through a lot of ammo as with any new adventure always go hard at the beginning. Was also looking at the same time acquiring a S&W 22RL.

Taurus has a lifetime warranty, which says a hell of a lot, when most offer one year ! The 800 series has always been a great seller for Taurus and well worth the money. I have a Taurus Model tp24/7 G2 and love it !! All handguns and rifles are very subjective as they will feel different to everyone. Listen to everyone and then go handle them for yourself and see what feels best. I have several handguns and boy are they ever different to each other. Some people will say hell no way, don't touch it, but myself, I am very open minded and have always made the right choice for myself.
