Taurus misfires

Reloaded 45 colt brass with large primers and no problems with those. My shell holder isn't the right one and at the time I thought what difference could that make. I had forgot it wasn't the right one. I'm going to get the right one and see if it makes a difference.
 
Shot 50 reloaded 45 colt no problem using proper shell holder. Gonna try the small rifle primered 454 and see what happens.
