I shot a Taurus 24/7 (.45) yesterday which is one of the range guns at my club....and I got tight groupings ...but all exactly 5 inches left and 5 inches low of the bullseye. I came home and googled this gun and also read similar reports from test shooters. Can all the sights be setup that off ? Anyone here found the same thing ?

don't know how experienced you are with handguns but a lot of (right handed) people tend to shoot low and to the left. esp longer trigger pulls. I shoot some guns that way myself, and I sent tons of lead downrange.

Well I am a new to shooting handguns (6 months)...but do not seem to have this problem with 1911s or CZ Shadow...where I tend to get groups around the bullseye. Maybe I am just used to the short/light pull of my 1911...or just heavier pistols ?

probably! with a 1911 is hard to mess it up. CZ is pretty easy to shoot well too. I got my money on 'it's just a different design that you're not used to'. Anyone else shot it? how was it for them?

Yeah...you're probably right. I'll ask some of the range officers in the club and get their feedback. Otherwise...I really liked the pistol.
