l'm looking at one of these pistols in 9mm, anyone have one of these, comments, likes, dislikes, ect.
Seem like a good pistol for the price.
 
loooots of threads on it. Good gun, I like mine, it feels nice in the hand - but there's some better guns out there for a few bucks more
 
Got one a few weeks ago in 9mm. Very nice gun, not a big fan of polymers but decided to give this one a try. Nicer than a Glock or XD, everyone has an M&P so that leaves the USP or Walther P99 to compare it to. Might not be quite in those leagues but half the price. Made for concealed carry so it won't be as accurate as some other pistols (my opinion), I have most of the Taurus guns and they are by far my favorite pistol maker.
 
I generally do not like Taurus products but I was surprised to find I liked this gun. One of the fellas I shoot IDPA with in the US has one in 9mm and I liked the trigger pull and grip on it. I really liked the sights also which are of a Heinie design I think.

Did not care for the lock but it really was a non issue.
 
Up until now, the level of after-sale service, in Canada, for Taurus has not been up to par, but...

Freedom Ventures is a new Taurus distributor in Canada, and Freedom Ventures has an excellent reputation for after-sale service.

If I were you, before I made a move, I'd ask Freedom Ventures their opinion.
